Florida Bar Association’s Chester Bedell Trial Competition. January 19-21 (8 schools, 16 Teams) St. Thomas wins over Stetson. St. Thomas and FIU were semi-finalists. Shark Beach Showdown hosted by Nova Southeastern. February 22-25 (24 Schools) Pace wins over Georgia. UCLA and South Texas were semi-finalists. Regent, Illinois Chicago, Stetson, and Florida are quarter-finalists. Online National Championship hosted by Drexel, Hofstra, and UCLA February 23-25 Hofstra and UCLA are co-Champions. Cumberland and Fordham were semi-finalists. NTC Region 1: Vermont and Connecticut co-hosting: February 8-11 (23 Teams,12 Schools) Harvard and Boston College are going to Texas! Harvard 2 and Boston College 2 were finalists. New England 1, New England 2, New Hampshire, and Suffolk were semi-finalists. Participating Schools: Boston College, Boston University, Connecticut, Harvard, Maine, New England, New Hampshire, Northeastern (1 team only), Quinnipiac, Roger Wiliams, Suffolk, and Vermont.

NTC Region 2: Hofstra and St. John’s co-hosting, St. John’s competing in different region: February 2-4 (22 Teams, 11 Schools) Hofstra and Syracuse are going to Texas! Fordham and NYU were finalists. Fordham 2, Pace 1, Pace 2, and Brooklyn were semi-finalists. Participating Schools: Brooklyn, Buffalo, Cornell, Fordham, Hofstra, New York, NYU, Pace, Syracuse, Yale, and Yeshiva.

NTC Region 3: Temple hosting: February 1-4 (19 Teams, 10 Schools) Rutgers and Villanova are going to Texas! Drexel and Penn were finalists. Temple, Villanova 2, Penn 2, and Duquesne were semifinalists. Participating Schools: Drexel, Duquense, Penn State, Penn State Dickinson, Penn, Pittsburgh (1 team only), Rutger (1 team only), Seton Hall (1 team only), Temple and Villanova.

NTC Region 4: Maryland hosting: February 9-11 (22 Teams, 12 Schools) American and Maryland are going to Texas! Baltimore and Catholic are finalists. Georgetown, American 2, Baltimore 2, and George Washington were semi-finalists. Participating Schools: American, George Mason, George Washington, Georgetown, Howard, Catholic, Baltimore, Maryland, UDC, Virginia (1 team only), West Virginia, and Widener (1 team only).

NTC Region 5: William & Mary hosting but competing region 7: February 2-4 (18 Teams, 10 Schools) Campbell and South Carolina are going to Texas! Campbell 2 and South Carolina 2 were finalists. Richmond, Wake Forest, Regent, and North Carolina Central were semi-finalists. Participating Schools: Campbell, Charleston (1 team only), Duke, Elon, North Carolina Central, Regent (1 team only), North Carolina, Richmond, South Carolina, and Wake Forest.

NTC Region 6: Stetson hosting: February 2-4 (25 Teams, 14 Schools) Georgia and Stetson are going to Texas! Mercer 1 and Mercer 2 were finalists. Emory, Miami, Georgia 2, and Stetson 2 were semi-finalists. NTC Region 7: Michigan State hosting: February 8-10 (22 Teams, 11 Schools) Ohio Northern and Michigan are going to Texas! William & Mary 1 and William & Mary 2 were finalists. Cincinnati, Ohio State, Case Western 1, and Case Western 2 were semifinalists. NTC Region 8: Cumberland hosting: February 16-18 (26 Teams, 13 Schools) Cumberland 1 and Cumberland 2 are going to Texas! Belmont and Memphis were finalists. Alabama, Vanderbilt, Kentucky, and Lincoln Memorial were semi-finalists. Participating Schools: Belmont, Faulkner, Alabama, Lincoln Memorial, Mississippi College, Northern Kentucky, Cumberland, Kentucky, Louisville, Memphis, Ole Miss, Tennessee, and Vanderbilt.

NTC Region 9: St. Louis hosting: February 8-10 (21 Teams, 11 Schools) Chicago Kent and St. John’s are going to Texas! Illinois and Northwestern were finalists. St. John’s 2, Loyola Chicago 1, Loyola Chicago 2, and St. Louis were semifinalists. NTC Region 10: Baylor hosting but competing in Region 11: February 16-18 (10 Teams, 17 Schools) Texas and St. Mary’s are going to Texas! Texas 2 and St. Mary’s 2 were finalists. Houston, Tulane, South Texas, and Texas Southern were semi-finalists. NTC Region 12: Mitchell Hamline hosting: February 16-18 (10 Teams, 19 Schools) Minnesota 1 and Minnesota 2 are going to Texas! Iowa and Wisconsin were finalists. NTC Region 13: Denver hosting: February 2-4 (21 Teams, 11 Schools) Lewis & Clark and Loyola LA are going to Texas! Denver 1 and Denver 2 were finalists. Seattle, BYU, Colorado, and Loyola LA 2 were semi-finalists. Participating Schools: Loyola LA, Montana, BYU, Gonzaga, Lewis & Clark, Seattle, Colorado, Denver, Oregon, Utah and Washington (1 team only).

NTC Region 14: UC Law San Francisco hosting: February 16-18 (23 Teams, 13 Schools) UC Berkeley and UC Law SF are going to Texas! UC Law SF 2 and UNLV were finalists. Arizona State, UC Davis, Pepperdine, and Pacific McGeorge were semi-finalists. Participating Schools: Pepperdine, Arizona State (1 team only), Golden Gate, Santa Clara, Stanford (1 team only), Arizona, UC Berkeley, UC Davis, UC Law SF, Hawaii (1 team only), UNLV, New Mexico, and Pacific McGeorge.

NTC Region 15: Loyola LA and Pepperdine co-hosting, Loyola LA competing in Region 13, Pepperdine competing in Region 14: February 9-11 (14 Teams, 7 Schools) UCLA 1 and UCLA 2 are going to Texas! Cal Western and San Diego were finalists. Cal Western 2, San Diego 2, Southwestern, and USC were semi-finalists. Participating Schools: Cal Western, Southwestern, UC Irvine, UCLA, San Diego, USC, and Western State.

AAJ Region 1: March 7-10 (16 Teams,12 Schools) Brooklyn and NYU are going to Chicago! Fordham and Pace were finalists. St. John’s, Rutgers, Hofstra 1, and Hofstra 2 were semi-finalists. George Washington’s Estrella Trial Competition (in Puerto Rico) April 13-14 (14 Teams) American wins over George Washington. Illinois and Puerto Rico were semi-finalists.
